Warranty Coverage

If you experience any issues with your product within two years of purchase, please contact us at support@mooimdecor.com with photos or videos showing the problem. We will respond within twelve hours and provide solutions to resolve your issue.

If the problem is related to accessories, we will send free replacements via express shipping, which typically arrives within six to ten business days. For issues related to electrical circuits, our engineers will assist in resolving the problem within one to two business days. Please ensure that products are installed by a professional electrician to maintain warranty coverage.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, man-made damage, or natural disasters.

After the Warranty Period

Even after the two-year warranty period, we continue to provide technical support. Replacement parts and technical assistance after the warranty period may incur a fee.
