Q: How can I cancel an order?
A: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Q: What if I entered the wrong email or address?
A: Please contact us immediately. We can update your contact or shipping details before the order ships, but we cannot change the items in the order once it is placed.

Q: Can I use several discount codes on one order?
A: Only one discount code may be applied per order. For bulk furniture purchases or project orders, please contact support@mooimdecor.com for custom pricing.

Q: How should I prepare when shopping for furniture?
A: Measure your space, including doorways and hallways.
     Confirm your preferred style, materials, and colors.
     Ensure the dimensions fit your layout and daily use needs.

Q: Do furniture items require assembly?
A: Some furniture pieces may require light assembly. Assembly instructions and hardware are included. For large or complex items, professional assembly is recommended.

Q: How do I return a furniture item?
A: Do not assemble or use the item.
     Keep original packaging.
     Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Email support@mooimdecor.com with your order number and photos. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. After inspection, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: We offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, please contact support@mooimdecor.com with photos or videos for assistance.
