At Mooimdecor, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In new and resalable condition
- Returned with all original components and accessories
- Packed securely in the original packaging whenever possible
Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used are not eligible for return. Customized or made-to-order products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Mooimdecor provides return shipping at no additional cost for eligible returns. Customers will receive return instructions and a return shipping label that can be downloaded and printed.
Returns must be shipped back using the provided return instructions and a trackable shipping method. Customers should keep the return tracking information until the return process has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order details and photos of the issue so we can review the situation.
After verification, Mooimdecor will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund when applicable.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with:

- The reason for the return
- Supporting photos or information if applicable
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping label. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an eligible product, the exchange will be processed through a return followed by a new order. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or made-to-order items
Order Cancellation
Non-customized orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
