Mooimdecor is committed to providing high-quality products and dependable customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within thirty days of delivery provided they remain unused, uninstalled, and in new condition. Items must be returned with all components and packed securely in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if a return is caused by a product defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect item being sent, we will cover the cost or provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, assembled, or used are not eligible for return. Products that are not returned in their original packaging may also be refused. Customized or made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may request photos and order details to assess the issue. Once verified, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement. For minor damage, replacement parts may be provided at no cost. For severe damage, a full product replacement will be arranged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive the correct return instructions. Items must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipped using a trackable method. We recommend keeping shipping records until the return has been processed.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within approximately ten business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellation

Non-customized orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is submitted before the order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. If you decide you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this policy. Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
